Meet The Team
VINOD KHAPARDE, MANAGING TRUSTEE
Our Managing Trustee, Mr Vinod Khaparde is a committed educationist, equipped with a post-graduate degree in science, bringing strong academic grounding and a deep understanding of learning processes to the leadership of the school.
Coming from a family with a long-standing educational background, he has been immersed in the values of teaching, learning, and institution-building from an early age. Driven by a passion for providing meaningful and high-quality education, he strongly believes that schools should nurture not only academic excellence but also character, creativity, and global citizenship. A vision that also echoes with the IB philosophy of inquiry-based, student-centred learning.
With a keen interest in innovative pedagogy, teacher development, and holistic child development, Vinod is dedicated to creating a school environment where students feel safe, inspired, and challenged to reach their full potential. As the guiding force behind the institution, he firmly emphasizes strong academic foundations, ethical values and empathy, critical thinking and curiosity and fostering global perspectives with local relevance. He works collaboratively with school leadership, educators, parents, and the wider community to ensure that the school upholds international standards while remaining rooted in strong educational values.
Mr Vinod Khparde’s ultimate vision is to build a future-ready IB school that empowers learners to become confident, compassionate, and responsible global citizens.
ADV. MAMTA KHAPARDE, TRUSTEE
Our Trustee, Mrs Mamta Khaparde is a distinguished Advocate by profession, bringing strong principles of integrity, ethics, and justice into the governance of the school. With a deep understanding of law, policy, and organizational frameworks, she plays a vital role in ensuring that the institution is built on a foundation of transparency, accountability, and best practices.
Coming from a family with a strong educational background, she has a long-standing respect for the transformative power of education. This personal connection has inspired an active interest in contributing to the development of a school that upholds academic excellence while nurturing responsible, principled individuals.
She is of the firm belief that education should empower learners with critical thinking skills, ethical awareness, and social responsibility; values that align closely with the IB philosophy of international-mindedness and holistic development.
Committed to the long-term vision of the institution, she works collaboratively with the school leadership to uphold strong governance and ethical standards, support policies that protect child rights and well-being, ensure compliance with national and international educational regulations, and promote a culture of fairness, respect, and responsibility.
Through thoughtful stewardship and a values-driven approach, Mrs. Mamta Khaparde contributes to shaping an IB school that prepares students to become confident, principled, and globally aware citizens.
KOMAL PRITTO, TRUSTEE
With a Masters of Business Administration in Sales, Distribution and Marketing Operations, Komal is a serial entrepreneur.
Co-Founder of Diakon Events and also the Founder at Diakon Coir, she has more than a decade of synergizing creativity and agile executions.
ER. SHEFALI TEVARI, PRINCIPAL
A wealth of experience and a passion for education is what she brings to our school. Being an engineer at core and equipped with a masters degree in History and education, she adds diversity to the system.
With over 25 years of work experience, including 12 years as Principal of some renowned schools in the country, and IB leadership as well as HOS trained by IB, Shefali not only brings in an innovative and inclusive learning environment, but envisions building a school with a heart that beats for the students.
Her strategic vision and leadership is also to inculcate best sports facility in the entire city and her motto is to ensure that our school is poised for significant growth and development, under her able leadership.
